OUR DEMANDS! One. We demand personal apology from Queen Elizabeth II for the humiliation upon our nation caused by British funnyman Sacha Baron Coen. Furthermore, Prince Charles and Camilla must pay an official visit to Kazakhstan. Camilla is much popular with Kazakh people. What Princess Diana was to the West, and Marylin Monroe is to Uzbekistan, princess Camilla is to Kazakhstan - and more. Kazakh men put up her colour pinups in truck and tractor, and Kazakh women go for Camilla look. You will see Camilla photo in many a yurta. Second: We want to know secret of Camilla's beauty. Three: We are willing to negotiate peace with Neville Chamberlain Kazakhstanis Against Borat P.S. We have nice daughter, you are maybe single westerner with much financial goods. http://stopborat.com/
W00T! Old fashioned angry mob!!!! *grabs pitchfork and torch* (Have had only annoying chatter and huge jackasses since it came out)
I agree that Borat is giving the people of kazakhstan a bad name. Kazakhstan is damned if they do, damned if they don't.(protest)
Anyone who does not realize that Cohen isn't serious about Kazakhstan when he plays Borat, is part of the group of people he is really mocking. Which is not the people of Kazakhstan at all.
Agree with Roel, by the way that site has been up over months and is just about selling a t-shirt and a mug not representing the government of Khazakstan.
Well , of course I know he's not serious , but still he's giving the people of the country a bad name. I would be furious if i was a kazakh.
Well some people will whine about anything, not to mention the show Ali G and the movie Borat is based on how gullable {ignorant} people(Americas) who actually believe that is a true representation of Kazakhstan. Mind my spelling it was never great/
Don't put your hopes for the youngsters to high. Russia invaded Afghanistan in the 80's but when 9/11 came almost nobody was able to point Afghanistan on a map.
Quillan, it is funny you mention it most people I know (Canadians) only learnt of the Russian invasion from a Michel Moore documantry if you can call it that.
Russia invaded Afganistan? ..... What's Borat about anyway (have not seen it and don't have any interest to see it but still....)
The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan, in 1979. Or intervened to assist the Afghani government at the time, depending on how you look at it.
