Mbkelele is handling a very delicate diplomatic mission.Thanks to the Tagolans,all of Legorastan now firmly supports the FFIL mandate in the the country.Chinese investments have created jobs and strengthen the country.Chinese weaponry and military advisors are also trainning the army.

The loss of the diamond mines to the Tagolans was unfortunate and was a sizeable income of the country.However,the Chinese promised to get them back for Legorastan in yet another treaty that the Chinese would gain 30% of the income from the diamond mines.

It's not a very good treaty,but with all the free Chinese technology and funds in the Legorastan market,Mbekelele now sets upon to convene the very first parliamentary session in a government system that he learned from the Singaporeans when he was in Singapore studying.

(hahah guys please research on the Singapore system of governance,not the most democratic but definitely the best ard in terms of stability.)
