Pet Peeves: political correctness (people-holes? Now we're just being stupid)

Personality traits: Lazy, stubborn (anyone notice? :D )

I'm a Kinesthetic learner and I have 'lurnt' many things that way.

Personality traits: Can be arrogant, but will back down in an avalanche of factual evidence. Generally get along with people well offline, less so online. Like to provoke a reaction. :D Don't always live up to my own standards.

Likes: Learning things (anything from welding to history to riding a motorcycle to shooting) and getting to know people, especially girls, and especially interesting girls. An ice cold beer. Music. Exercise.

Dislikes: People who conform too strongly to any "ism" (except rationalism). Sadly, that includes me sometimes. A lot of music. Anything pretentious, especially musicians. Patheticness, like overly emotional teenagers that slice their wrists because their girlfriend broke up with them. BOOHOO.

I guess laziness and stubbornness are common around here, I can sure add myself to the list of people who are guilty of this. I find it hard to judge myself in positive terms (I am also forgetful, blunt, proud and tactless), which is contrasted sharply by what others say about me (that I am kind, interesting, intelligent and virtuous). I guess other people just have more tact than me. ;)

I believe in a personal moral code. I believe you should think about what you think is right and wrong, and that you should stick to it. No one else can truly convince you to live right. Your opinion about yourself is the single most important opinion about you in the whole world.

I too like learning, mostly about history, military history in particular. Other than that I like fictional heavy artillery (the deeper the emotion the better - books, movies etc) and being with friends. Friends top my list of favourite things.

I dislike shallow people, shallow opinions, shallow thoughts. Things that don't matter. What exactly 'does not matter' is very relative, but it applies to almost every situation: it never belongs.

Friendly, humorous, stubborn (or resistant/determant, depends how you look at it), sometimes impulsive, not a great speaker but a good listener, lazy (does seem to be common on this forum), tolerant, someone who likes the things simple and logic

Likes: movies, music (but i do hate Techno, house, R&B), history (WW2 and naval), books (if it's more then 300pages i'll read it :) ), going out with friends (love the trips with the bunch to the Ardennes)

dislikes: Political correctness(really, it's so undemocratic since it allows to exclude people who don't fit the "correct" picture + aren't we free to say and think what we want, even if other people just don't like it?), people thinking that they are so much better then all the others, extremists and people with a one sided mind

Personal traits: OK i have to admit it i can be stubborn and lazy, but I can be organized and if i set my mind to something i will get it done. I also have to say I'm eccentric(if that's how it's spelt) and kind of wierd.

Likes:Shooting, Shooting and more shooting, umm Music, especially seeing bands live like Slayer, Lamb of God, In Flames and Children of Bodom, and of course going to see underground gigs and working for Shred and performing with I Die In 8 Days. Beer is also good and my girlfriend is also good. And of course friends.

Dislikes: Commerical muscians, by that I mean people who are in the industry purely for the money. People who judge on face values, ie. I've got long hair and wear baggy jeans so I must be a "goth" or any other sterotype-another pet peeve. Learning things in school which no one will ever actually use in life (alot of my maths gcse is a prime example of this)

And thats my rant over for now

i guess i would have too say im very active and industrious .easily swayed by whatever new opinion or notion happens by last ..i have a very strong sense of doing the correct thing you know.. politically ..like i dont think we should offend our muslim freinds by makeing them learn about things they dont agree with ,like the gas chambers and you know freedom of thought ...most people say im pretty much of a scocialist or marxest really ..i like the collectiveisation thing ,one party ,police state type set up ..to much freedom just confuses people..most things are best run by the state, much more streamlined that way...really..workers of the world ...UNITE!
