large muslim demonstrations against terrorism ?

recently ive been informed that there have been since 911 several large marches and gatherings by moderate muslims condemming terrorism and attacks against non muslims ..i dont ever recall seeing any of these events reported on in newsprint or television here in the usa . some have implied that such events are ignored or under reported by the press corps .
this seems unlikely to me( at least here in the us ) ..in most major newsrooms in the usa the percentage of self described liberal democrats is something like 92%..these folks tend to be very P.C. and multicultural minded .if anything , it would seem they tend to under report american muslim actions that demontstrate support for terrorist groups. i would expect news of a muslim peace march almost anywhere would have media types tripping over one another to be the first reporting on sight
has anyone here ever heard of these big anti terror rallies ?..all the ones ive been able to find so far seem to be gatherings of less than 300 people of which most are actually non muslims ..if anyone has any vids or sites ,please post them here ..thank you.

 

news flash ..last week a muslim cleric in pakistan actually publicly denounced terrorism against non muslims ..alas he was shot dead the next day on his way to prayer...oh well ..he tried ..

Hence the reason we don't hear much about moderates.

How impressive the stories may seem is up to you but it goes to show just how much easily accessible information there is on the topic... If one is willing to search for it... ..as evidence i offer the fact that there are many millions of muslims but virtually NO large scale demonstations of outrage , or , lets face it , even small scale demonstations of outrage about ongoing muslims attacks against non muslims of which btw , there have been thousands worldwide since 911
...imagine the public reaction in the usa ,uk ,oz or europe if a group of christian zealots was running arround ,shooting ,hacking to death or blowing up muslims or hindus or jews...they would be hunted down like dogs after even one attack and they would be denounced by all christian clergymen and by everyone else ...by their deafening silence , muslims worldwide show their tacit support for violence against unbelivers , do they not?

You really think the terrorists will listen? Radical Islam isn't even that much of a threat in the first place, the Middle East has harbored such attitudes for yonks and nothing has threatened Christianity, European power or whatever you're afraid they'll destroy for centuries... Terrorism has actually been on the decrease since 1987, when it wasn't a big issue at all...

to me , vile racism would be killing someone because they dont follow your paticular religion or referring to these non muslim people as kaffirs or dogs or pigs . killing women or girls of your own immediate family because they have been gangraped by strangers seems vile to me .beating non muslims to death in the street because of a cartoon published thousands of miles away or some words from the vatican seems vile to me .liveing in a democracic country and enjoying the oppertunitys,security and freedom of that country while remainig silent about the mass murders of that countrys innocent civillians by people of ones own faith seems vile to me
...there are numerous clips on the internet of people being flogged ,stoned, shot or hanged in iran , perhaps there is some video evidence of these many thousands of iranians at this famous candlelight vigil ..mabey some still photos ,a camera phone image ? a pencil drawing on a napkin ?

it does appear that some young iranians turned out in a spontanious show of sympathy for 911 ..i know iranians tend to be well educated and many would like to be rid of their oppressive theofascist government ..i feel for them and hope for their sake and ours they can change the leadership of their great and ancient persia
