besides the point. They say rockets and cannons, does that mean they'll drive the tanks to the border and lob shells?

I was expecting him to say "our rockets will blot out the sun".

" the use of military force on our homeland will be considered an act of war "

or .... " burn super tanker full of oil , burn "

If they really intend to live up to their promise then they are going to have to start stockpiling vast numbers of missiles & shells.

 

11.000 is a huge number. i wonder where they are going to hide them?

The problem with making that kind of threat is that it makes you sound ridiculous. Naming such a specific and high number (why 11,000? Why not 10,000?) just makes you sound like you are posturing without anything to back you up, and even that you might have a slightly loose grip on reality. As an example, it is exactly the kind of threat Hitler was uttering by 1945.

If you want to be taken seriously it is far better to simply point out that you can defend yourself if necessary, and undertake a few 'weapons tests' that apear to show super-duper weapons.
