"3 Type XXI boats in the Elbe II in Hamburg
These boats were virtually missing until 1985 when the boats were discovered through research by Jak P Mallmann-Showell, Wolfgang Hirschfeld and Walter Cloots in the mostly demolished Elbe II U-boat bunker in Hamburg.

The Elbe II bunker is located on the southern bank of the Elbe river at the Vulkanhafen. This area is within the Freeport of Hamburg and to access it you should have to present your passport."

hmm, would be a crime worth to steal this boats by night with some explosives to clear the way :)

    Regards,
    Che.

a crime? no, we are saving and liberating these boots. Then we restore them and hand them over to a museum.
Or we could keep then and start our own naval warfare. :smok:

Yeah, we can seize bloody cargoships somewhere in asia, would be an easy job for us, breaking the surface and the backbone of the ships (if they don´t like to cooperate^^), hiding on a island somewhere in the South Sea and share the money with the poor. :D

    Regards,
    Che.

First we sink some cargo ships, use the money to by better equipment like a modern sonar, installation of a nuclear reactor (we just dock in a chinese or korean port for that one  ), better torpedo's, etc.
Then i would say, let them come. we sink the ASW forces and become masters of the indian and pacific oceans. :smok:

I considerd that option but i can't find a store that is willing to sell them to me :D

even better, instead of a ww2 submarine we can rebuild ww2 battleships. we fill them up with AA-missles and anti-missle-missles for defence and use the guns to blow up any ship that gets near.
(very very wishfull thinking unless somebody has a couple millions, a shipyard to spare and the same dream of using BB's)

We can clear the Bikini Atoll, raising the saratoga, nagato, prinz eugen etc , so we are able to form our own fleet, not with one, three or five ships, no way man, with more then thousends ships (+some leased ships of the span. armada^^), however coz of the modernisation of all these ships we can´t share the money with the poor anymore. :D

i dint think a pirate in a ww2 era diesel boat would would enjoy a very long career , the modern worlds worst equiped asw forces could find and destroy him in very short order
