Tropical Panzer Jacket original?

Out of my field of knowledge but it looks awfully new, even the stitching is basically intact.. Colors, particularly those intense reds are too bright to my way of thinking given their age. Edges are slightly worn but wear is a bit selective as if someone rubbed them. the skull emblems look unworn. I thought the color would be more khaki even for a tropical uniform but I am speculating

My uneducated guess is that it is a reenactment piece or a replica but my wish is that it is original, it would be a spectacular find..

Our good friend "Skipper" will know for sure, I personally believe he is infallible in such things..

If anything, the shoulder boards are fake/repros.

 

Thank you for you reply's everybody agrees that the shoulder boards are fake so that one is agreed on. I would really want to know if the skulls are ok.
