    Gentlemen,

Some of you are already aware of Friedrich's medical situation, and some of you may not be, but I am writing this to let everyone know that Friedrich has left the Forums for a very serious health problem. I'd rather not get into details publicly, but I will discuss it with you if you email me or icq/AOL me.

What I'm suggesting right now is that we all send Friedrich a "good luck/get well" postcard. I think we all know how much this site means to him and a bunch of mail from Forum members would really make his day. Please, take a few minutes out of your day and send a short note to Friedrich, I know he would truly appreciate it.

    Freidrich's real name and address:
    Gottfreid von Hammerstein und Hartmann
Cerro de la Estrella 307-101. Campestre Churubusco. 04200 Méjico, D.F.
    Mexico

This may seem like an odd question, but will US stamps work?

Good question CvM. A postcard to Mexico is 50 cents, a standard letter, (less than 1 ounce), is 60 cents, both in US stamps.

Quite welcome CDS, I was also think ing of making a copy of a Heinrich Hoffmann pic I have of Hitler and Hptm Wick at Hitlers Berghoff--just after the Hptm recieved his Oak Leaves from him. I'll have to see how the money is holding up for the pic tho.
