I am trying to compile some old photos of the USS South Dakota. My grandfateher was on there during WW2. He would never talk about it and after researching it I can understand why. She went threw a lot in her commision. I really want some photos of sailors on the ship performing there everyday task. I think these may be hard to come by but what the hey. Any help would be benifical.
