"What did you do at work today, honey?" "I made a battleship roll over in bed." "That's nice. Spam for supper?"
Left to Right 1. Gull wing and landing gear spats of a Ju-87. 2. FW-190 A/G/F. 3. Me-262. 4. Me-109 G or K. 5. Engine(Jumo 213A) & wing of a Ju-88G. Needed to be specific about the engine.
Nah.... Can't be a Hs-129. The Gnome & Rhone engine of the Hs-129 looks different than the one in the photo. Besides, the landing light(mounted in the wing in the photo)of the Hs-129B-0 & B-1 was mounted underneath the wing, before being dropped altogether in the Hs-129B-2. Now that is showing off. PS. Good spot calling it, first and quickly I would add, a Ju-88 with only an engine and partial wing showing. My compliments on that spotting ability.
This usually happens at night, under the cover of darkness...will they get an Me209? or an Me102? or an Me162?
