I will be attending the annual battle that takes place in Lowell, Indiana instead of Charles city. Not only is is close to home, but one of our enlisted men does all of the pyrotechnical work for the event.

Lowell is both a tactical and public battle. The emphasis, however, is on the public side. For the past three years there have been over 500 reenactors and over 3,000 public attendants each day for Saturday and Sunday.

Highlights include over 30+ pyrotechnic charges at each battle (4 battles total) and flyovers by a Mustang, T4-Texan, and C47.
