As a couple of you chaps know I went to St Petersburg last January to take part in a re-enactment to commemorate the relief of the siege of Leningrad. It was a hell of an event, with loads of Soviet re-enactors and some great kit. The Russians were very welcoming people and we really did feel part of the team.
