    Hi guys.
Thank you for being active here and thank you to the creators, contributors, supporters and most of all those of you who made all of this a possiblity.

I am the son of Alfred A. Eppie Shuryan, Staff Seargent Company H 103rd Reg., 43rd Inf. Div. WW II Jan. 1942 - Sep. 1945.

I'd love to find a few pics, man that would be so cool. I so remember my old man tellinng me stories and as far fetched as some sounded I like to think they were all true. The natives, washing machine charlie and the junk bombs, exchanging scapulas and articles with the natives...

Anyway, I'm researching a mystery. His DD214 says in box 34. "Luzon 1943". I'd like to know where he was wounded, even though he returned to duty Luzon fighting wasn't until 1945 I believe.

Also His MOS was Heavy Machine Gunner 605, what model did they actually shoot?

I love his regiment pin "TILL THE LAST MAN". Anyone that knew him would remember him by his smile, that is why the name EPPIE, Happie in hungarian accent (his mother).
Thank You and Bless you all.
    Alfred A. Shuryan Jr.
Proud Son of an Exemplary father, soldier, human being.
