I noticed this turned up on the member's lounge, and although it's been reduced to 1, I don't think 5 was a bad idea to begin with. I'd like to suggest a similar minimum limit for the Announcements section as well, perhaps 3 posts would be an acceptable middle ground?
One should be sufficient, since the spammers only post once anyway. We'll consider implementing the same for the accouncements section.
