The 'Friends of the Airborne Museum Hartenstein' are arranging one of their 'UK Friends' weekends for 20/21 June. Just received the itinerary - so you can see what I do on my holidays.... ;)

    Site of 4 Para HQ
    Wolfheze Culvert/German positions/recce jeep ambush
    Hotel Wolfheze
    Bredelaan track junction
    Hackett's Hollow

    Sunday : Hartenstein 10:00
    Travel in WWII vehicles :

    Lord VC crash site
    LZ-S / Reijers Camp Farm
    Duitsekampweg
    Wolfhezerweg
    LZ-Z / Jonkershoeve
    DZ-X

The first of these was arranged two years ago and it was a terrific weekend with true enthusiasts and real Dutch hospitality.
