Battle of The Scheldt 2011 Halifax, NS

    On the weekend of the 8th and 9th of October, 2011, I, along with some members of the Atlantic Canadian WWII Living History Association set up a static display at the Halifax Citadel to commemorate the Battle of the Scheldt.

    Nice work man... The b&w/antiqued is a nice touch...Someone cracked a joke in #9. Was it a Newfie joke??

    Thanks Poppy. I thought those B/W/antiqued ones would be pretty neat. Did that all on my iphone. As for #9, not to sure what was going on in that one. I'll probably add some more pictures in a little bit.

    Nice. I'll take the Tommy with the 50 round drum.
    Are those real firing guns?

    Yes they are. Except for the Bren gun, all of them fire. Some of the guns are AIRSOFT, while others are WWII or later model rifles.
