    before when the forum was young, I had made it all the way to a five star General and maybe it went to my head, for a while i even wore my rank on my jacket. lol now I have no idea when or if i will get promoted oh well being a reenactor beats being a pretend general

    I remember how you were touched when I adressed you as "General" once by email... ;)

    Those were the days eh. :D

    u bet , i have always had people call me general as a tease or a put down because iwas so fanatical about war stuff army ww2 etc etc. and it used to bother me. then when I was in the real army there were a few generals around Major General Joeseph R. Rush for instance commanded the 8th Infantry Division in 1964 in Bad Kreuznach, i saw him on many occaisions
