Sorry about that guys, this program is not available any longer. Didn't mean to steer anybody wrong. Too late anyway, all letters had to postmarked NLT 7 Dec 09. Maybe next year!

The kids made a batch of cards at their grandpa's today while on a snow day (third in a row) to mail out tomorrow to the Wounded Warrior card program. I think it's such an awesome idea and so worthwhile. Just imagine the joy if everyone added just one more card to their lists? It'd be amazing.

Unfortunately, guys, this probably won't work. Please check the information at this site. There was a program called Holiday Mail for Heroes, but the final date has already passed. Mail to this address probably will not be delivered.

Sorry to be a Grinch, but I thought it was worth letting everyone know.

Depends on where you are sending it. Wounded Warriors does a card drive, as does the VVA, the VFW, and many other organizations. Find one in your town and deliver cards...they'll get delivered. Holiday Mail for Heroes was designed to deliver to troops deployed, at least in the beginning.
