    Should hope so too....I do hope we don't treat today's Fijians and Ghurkars in that way in the future either. The attestation for British service in forces is to the Queen....Alliegance to her...In his day the King...So its not too much to get something back in return.

    Agreed urqh, it's the least that can be done. It sounds like it was simply an innocent mistake by someone doing things by the book.
