Does any one have any knowlage on this German Medal?

    I am just a bit curious about the wear abouts of this medal, It is post WW2 and bronze in color but I have not a clue about why it was awarded or even which side of Germany it came from (East or West).

    It's Bundeswehr. I don't remember what it was awarded for?

    Its a jerry general infantery abz in bronze ,the modern kind :p
