Hi all, I have a very specific info request and you folks seem pretty well informed so I thought I'd give it a shot. Does anyone know the details of Ernst Barkmann's tank being damaged during the battle for Vienna? I know the steering was wrecked by driving into a bomb crater, but does anyone know exactly what day? It had to be either the 12th or 13th of April. I also assume the tank was destroyed since towing it across the Floridsdorf Bridge would have been nearly impossible. Any details not generally available would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Bill
