    Hello!

My name is Attila, I live in Hungary. I'm 29 years.I'm interested in WWII, especially Normandy, D-day! In June, I was in Normandy, I've seen Arromanches, Omaha Beach, American Cemetery, Longues-sur-mer, Pointe-du-Hoc!!! It was breath-taking.

I'm very happy to find this forum!

Welcome Paraboy. I have no idea how many members live in Hungary but a different viewpoint is always welcome. WW2 stories from your part of the world are quite rare probably because of the intervening Cold War. Again ,Welcome.

Hi paraboy. I live in a city where 20% of the inhabitants are Hungarians, so I am familiar with the language. :)

When we were kids, we were saying to "pass the ball": "o dide labda" .:D Sounds familiar?

    Hello Playeru!
It's funny! Yes, it's sound familiar, but the received pronunciation: "add ide a labdát"!:)

    Where do you live?

Welcome Attila! I am extremely envious of your visit to Normandy, I have always wanted to go! However, I did go to Budapest once with my High School, very nice place :)
