Five containers were found in a Latvian forest and when they opened it they were surprised by what they found. The Germans had been sending saboteurs behind the Russian lines and these containers were intended for them. They contained a whole variety of equipment and since it they were protected from moisture a lot of the items in all five containers were well preserved.

last pic says 'pineapple' grenade .....but it doesn't look like 'pineapple' type....appears they have captions mixed...Wz 33 should be 'grooved'' ? I do see some smooth case.....do they have a W24 instead of a W33?
. ..there's a ton of stuff in there...has this been authenticated?
WW2 being so big, how many other ''goodies'' are out there?
