Yes, another new member here; haven't been a lurker, just thought I'd jump in with both feet. I'm a transplant from the World Affairs Board, but my interests DO tend to run to World War II history. My hobbies include, but are not limited to, reading history and building WWII models, particularly German armor (especially the heavy stuff). I also occasionally play WWII video games, but not very often. When I get the chance, I'll post the Ersatz M10 and E-100 I've been working on recently in the model section (this forum DOES have a model section, doesn't it?).

Anyway, glad to be here, and I hope my tenure is a long & fruitful one!

Welcome Stitchy, good to have you here. Do you go by Stitchy over there? I post there, but under another name.

No. I go by Stitch over on WAB but, apparently, that name is already taken over here, so I "modified" it; Stitchy is my nickname (sorry, not very imaginitive!).

Stitchy, welcome here my friend! I was actually thinking of joining the World Affairs Board someday, so maybe I'll see you there!

That would be awesome! If you could do that, that would be great! I hope I'm not stepping on anybody's toes by doing that . . . it would definitely make my life easier having ONE user name instead of two.

I'll do it later tonight, when you are not on. The original Stitch has not been here for several years and then only made two posts.

"Come on in, the water's fine!" Yeah, when you get the chance, stop by the WAB some day and check it out; I actually don't post a whole lot over there because most of the members already know way more than I do, but it's a good place to learn stuff, particularly about current affairs (with a little history thrown in).

    Thank you very much!

I don't know what time zone you're in, but after 9:00 PM EDT/6:00 PM PDT you should be okay.
