    По-цыгански быть веселым
    И по-русски водку пить!


    eng. this is a bit difficoult to translate:

    With new year

    be healthy like a Sibirian,
    live long like a Caucasian*,
    be happy like a Gypsy,
    and drink vodka like a Russian!


    * populace of Caucasus mountains like Georgians....
