The Head of the Charles Regatta is the largest two-day rowing event in the world. More than 7,500 athletes from around the world compete in 55 different race events.

Today I was one of them. I don't know if anyone else here attended the regatta but if you did you might have noticed the inclement weather! It was and still is actually SNOWING in October here in Boston. Although it provides for a nice story, I don't think I have ever been colder in my life. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience to compete of the international stage!

Are there any other rowers or spectators who attended the races today or yesterday?

I have not attended the Regatta since 1999 but I can imagine how cold you were. Where did you go to warm up after the race?

Well, luckily for me, I had to row all the way back up the river to Union Boat house where we launched from  So we stayed in union for a while, but after that....home
