help with patch ID

    I'm doing some research on my grandfather who was in the Army 33rd division 136 infantry during WWII. I was going through his foot locker of stuff and found a couple things I don't know what they are. any help would be appreciated.

    welcome to the Forum!

    I would assume beings the 33rd went to Hawaii in 1943 and then on to New Guinea that those are Japanese items and appear to be collar tabs or rank insignia.
