2001 saw the deaths of many great actors...they're all falling fast.

Indeed, I liked Anthony Quinn a lot. Did you know he was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and that he ofitially become the oldet actor to become a father in Hollywood, at the age of 81?

Yep--I knew he was reared in Chihuahua and I knew he is half Irish and half Mexican. My mother loved him as an idol when she was a child. I grew up watching his movies my favorite being: "The Guns of Navarone." :D I cant wait to get it on DVD :D

He also played "Chief Crazy Horse" in the Errol Flynn Western: "They Died With Their Boots On" which also had my favorite actress in it--the very beautiful "Olivia DeHavilland."

He was very good! And I have watched "The Guns of Navarone" several times since my mother has always been in love with Gregory Peck! ;) Actually, she says that Mr. Peck is the real father of my brother Wilhelm... :D
