Bet the military boys are already planning how many they'll get!

Still kinda noisy, but they'll probably have that worked out in the production model.

    Apparently afraid of water.....

Amazing how it crosses its legs when readjusting balance, that must have been hell to program.
The legs seem a bit odd to me, but my guess is they made it so that forwards or backwards wouldn't matter.

Amazing! that machine looks very lifelike... A bit too lifelike if you ask me. Almost haunting...

I know I'd be a bit uneasy if it was carrying my kit around... but theres no denying its a technological marvel

Give it some armour plates, and we're on our way to get some AT-ATs. A few of those would be brilliant on the battlefield.

this indeed is a very strange machine! Sometimes it's just like it's dancing. But if you can kick it like that, it might be able to correct itself after an explosion next to it as well. Interesting feature.
Like christian said: perhaps useful on the battlefield!
I wonder what it's average speed & action radius is...

What kind of petrol does she use? Where can I get one?:D :D

    .

Yep as long as it's cheaper ,

I'm not sure, but between wages, training , equipment , support ,
    medical and pensions
the average G.I. must be getting close to , at a guess , an average of
half a mil per head per year ?

For the T-1/2 , standard infantry weapons ( polyvalent man / bot )
not much ground for improvement ,
but for the sensors , mama !!
full optical scan from I.R. to U.V. , sound and sismic
detectors , radar on several bands, chemical analysis by smell ,motion
detector for extended sentry duty , G.P.S. and comms
one could conceive the T 1/2 hunting in pack

I sent the link to my mate in the TA, he said

"The link says it's designed to carry heavy
loads for infantry soldiers - I can just imagine them spending all day
playing "kick the robot". I may have to found the RSPCR quite soon."

    :D

Robot technologie evolves fastly. In a couple of years they can probably make a humanoid bot. (Hope that nobody writes a virus so that it will change sides on the battlefield else you have a big problem)
