Yes, but there are so many people, even here in germany, who say Ho-Ho-Hochi minh was somekinda liberator, that america was wrong and stuff like that. This quote was addressed to the people, who support or sympathize with North Vietnam. Regards, Che.
Difference is, Vietnam actually isn't that bad a coutry now.... Vietman is a very popular tourist destination for Australians... North Korea, not so much...
