I'm posting this just to let all you guys know that I don't recommend purchasing the PFC version of the Japanese made Marushin MP-40. I bought one from a site called WW II Guns some time ago and I got burned. The kit only came with 5 PFCs so I ordered an additional 30 and 100 caps to go in them for starters but; I never got them. I was told by the "President & Founder" Miki Nakamura that they were shipped separately by ship for safety reasons but; I never really believed that because the PFCs themselves are nothing but machined brass casings. May be customs took them I don't know. I've modified the thing since to fire crimped 9mm Win auto mag half loaded blanks but; it sure as hell wasn't easy. I've yet to fire more than a couple of rounds at a time for fear of melting where the blank breach slides into the plastic barrel before I get a chance to shoot the video. I wish I'd just bought a real de-milled version and modded it instead even though it would have been about four times the cost. Also the model is said to be dimensionally the same as a real MP-40 but that's not entirely true either. A real MP-40 bolt wouldn't fit the tube even if the shoulders were machined off. Live and learn.
