    Hello everyone.
Thought you might like to know about an audio CD with the memories of 24 men and women who lived and fought through the Second World War. It's been made to raise money for charity and features recollections of the outbreak of war, Dunkirk, the Battle of Britain, the Blitz on various towns in Kent, rationing, Lord Haw Haw, the Yanks in Britain, D Day and more. The CD which is called Second World War Remembered, also features archive sound recordings and wartime music.
Hope this is of interest; proceeds to the Royal British Legion and Chart Sutton War Memorial Pavillion Fund.
It's a limited edition CD available from www.second-world-war-remembered.co.uk
The interviews were recorded in 1989 when memories were a bit sharper! The tape was saved from being thrown in a skip. You can read the story here; Forgotten Archive of Kent Second World War Memories Rescued From Skip; Second World War Remembered

Hope this is of interest; thank you for letting me post.
