Thank all of you Gents ;-)) These are the nicest pair iv'e owned. I used to have another sat-for Generalleutnant but, traded them off for some items I got from one of the well-known European dealers I do business with. These definately are keepers for sure.

PS, before i forget, Jeff will be posting pics of them here for me later today or tomorrow.

    Take care Gents--C.

Hi Jeff, thanks for posting the pictures of these and, if you feel like posting the others, that's fine by me too. ;-))

Even though there is some light mothing to them - which does not detract, I still love 'em. ;-))

Nice shoulder pads, but you know what I have always wanted. A german bayonet, I don't know much about them but I love em. The problem is trying to get one into the Australia at all they don't like bring in weapons of any kind.

    Thanks guys.

And for Tomcat, German Bayos are still fairly priced. I can understand them being strict on importing firearms but why the trouble over bayos?

Thank you Sebastien. Im like you, I also have a few German caps-well right now, only one peaked visor (Herr Arty Officer) and a Schiffchen from an Engineering Lt who served on a U boat (I got this as a gift from him a few years before he passed away)

But to aska possible unasked question, im mainly into Army rank insignia, ribbon and medal bars as well as badges and awards.
