    Hi everyone,
I'm newto the forum and an avid World War 2 enthusiast. I love everything about the war and what it stood for. I am completing a minor in history and have countless books on it and a couple of cool artifacts from the war. Hoping to learn a lot more on this site and be with people who have an interest in the subject as well.

My dad Grew up next to the 381st Base at Ridgewell in England, all B-17s,

    Welome!!

(by the way 'Alabama Gal' from the 381st BG, is THE best Fortress of the war.)

It carried my Dad's prayers with it every time he saw fly out as he was going to school.

    God Bless America!!

Flying Fortress, welcome to the site my friend.

I have a minor in history as well. I joined here in March of this year, and I can tell you, if you like WWII and like talking about it, you've found the right place!
