Question about Truppenfahrrads

Can anyone tell me what diameter the tubing that made up the frame to the truppenfahrrad was? And what was the seat made of? And also, what were the hand grips made of?

 

I'd guess it might depend slightly on manufacturer (or maybe which country it was stolen from in the first place), but your best bet might be to find one of the many owners that lurk on the Interweb and ask them nicely.
