Just a you tube I came across of RAF Swinderby, former bomber base ww2 and home to basic training for countless thousands of airmen up to the closure and transfer to Halton in 90's? Brought my memories flooding back, sure it will for many lurkers out there. Some of those floors took my sweat and blood to polish and bumper with bed blankets...walked those hangers with a pic axe handle in my hand as I'm sure others here did. YouTube - RAF Swinderby
