Hello Stan, My friend Harry Littler served with you in the 1001 Docks Operating Company and remembers all of the men you mentioned. He was amazed to read your blog and mention of you all brought back many memories for him. Harry would very much like to get in touch if possible. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like his contact details. Regards, Mark
My Father Tom Dawson served in Egypt with the 1001 Docks Operating Company from 1941 - 1946 is he remembered by anyone? many thanks. Ted Dawson
I am harry littler's granddaughter and would love to find some of his friends. He is now 96 and talks so fondly of his army friends. I have shown him this page and knows all of the above mentioned. So if anyone can get in touch it would make my grandad so happy. Thank you Jenny
