1944 to 2003! Warsaw to Bagdad! Of course I will not compare US troops with SS, but when I saw the video with that little girl threatened by at least 5 US soldiers in Bagdad I was at once reminded in that famous picture of the Ghetto uprise.
I agree. I am not comparing our brave boys with Nazis, but I was shocked at the stories about coalition troops commiting offenses against the Iraqi people. Though I still support them out there. Give 'em hell Lads!
The picture of the little boy on the left. I believe he ended up being some sort of lawyer. Still alive today. As far as atrocity's, as in WW2, the 'allies' committed them also. Not to compare them with the axis.
As an example-Polish pilots would shoot at German Pilots bailing out in the Battle of Britain. Not surprising considering what the Germans did to there homeland. I would have done the same if they murdered my family. Though the Poles where some of the best flyers we ever had.

Dont know about the rest, but I will not be jumping on this band wagon. I truly believe that the U.S. troops are genuinely trying to help the average Iraqi, but walk everyday with an almost impossible weight on their shoulders, knowing that they are considered an occupying force. I would also like to see the full content of that photo taken as opposed to just a picture which can easily be used as propoganda against the U.S. troops. It is the Administrations fault the brave boys are their not the soldiers.
The scared little boy's name was Tsvi C. Nussbaum. Josef Bloesche is the soldier the far right, turned around and looking at the camera, holding the weapon and has goggles on his helmet. The boy
