I recently bought this SS 4 Years Service Medal, which I believe is good but as always Im open to any opinion any of you might have.

That is a nice medal you got there - I am sure there are a lot of fellows here in this Forum that know a lot more then me about those ww2 awards.

Maybe you could repost it or ask one of the mods to help you to get it moved to the thread " my newest military purchase" that is were those "experts" usually hang out. (Not me, I am just an observer in that thread ).

Hi Ibrahim,

I am not a specialist, but according to the way it's crafted, the quality and the general aspect it looks genuine to me. It's hard to see, but is there a little marking on the ring ? It is usually two initials in a small engraved square (about 1mm)
