This is pretty interesting weapon in WW II for me with his 150mm gun,but it does not seen any significant results.KV-2 was something similar, with good armor, and nearly same gun (155mm) but with much betther results, but he was out off service on 1943.Do any1 got any more info about that 2 tank combat performances?

The KV-2 actually had a 152mm howitzer. It was too heavy and too tall to be practical in combat. The Sturmpanzer IV suffered from the same weight problem; at 26 tons it was heavier than its engine could handle, which was a recurrent problem with all Panzer IV variants.

Ur right it was 152mm nawy gun,but in 1941 it has no match on german side, only flak 88mm can penetrate it.When geman invited more powerful tanks KV-2 was basicly useles...

It wasn't intended to fight tanks, and therefore more powerful tanks were not what made it useless. The KV-2 was made useless by its own bulky, heavy and overly tall design, not by German guns.

In fact very few models of this tank were ever built (330).

Produced numbers don't say much especially in this comparison as there were only 306 or so Sturmpanzer IV built.

They matter when we're talking about tank developments and how they made certain models obsolete. I'm pretty sure the Germans never designed anything specifically to counter the threat of the KV-2.

    I don't think so either...threats change just like the KV2 changed ;)
The Russian did not just trow it away but changed/developed it in something better, easier and cheaper to produce: the SU-152 (wich had 704 examples built).
