Hello, I'm working on a project that's basically a conversion of an old RTS game called "Total Annihilation" into a WW2 game. I'm doing this for two reasons: I have an infatuation with WW2, but there are no WW2 RTSSims that "suit my fancy", and second, because I'm a gamer. I started the project in September 2002 so it's going on 2 years in the making, and I've had to research so many different planes, tanks, vehicles, weapons and ships that all I see in my sleep are Tigers and Shermans.

I felt this was the best forum to post this in, but anyway.. my main question is if anyone here has the game "Total Annihilation" would be willing to play this, because I really am trying to make it as accurate as possible and I'm looking for people who can judge it on that effect. I'm sure none of you "vets" will pay this any mind, but I'm hoping there are some perhaps younger WW2 Enthusiasts like myself willing to test it out.

In the year and half this has been under production I've completed 200+ different "units" ranging from an infantryman to a heavy tank, which means I've had to research everything from weapon ammunition & penetration on tanks, field & factory camouflage, standard and varient armament, designation, characteristics, armour thickness and slope, field and factory conversions for planes, production figures, theatres of deployment, unit, theatre and individual ID markings, engine models, turret rotation speeds, maximum fording depths, trench-crossing & All-terrain ability for vehicles.. I've filed through hundreds of different pieces of information, seen hundreds of different pictures, scales, graphs & charts.. Anyway, my point is it isn't easy for those who'd think making an RTS is a simple matter.

So if anyone is interested, let me know.

    Thanks.
