    Hi,
I'm working as volunteer for the Holocaust Washington Museum since a little while : they ask me to translate from french to english a documentary made by Claude Lanzmann (the one who made "Shoah", the 9 hours lenght documentary in 1985) called in french "Un vivant parmi les morts" (freely translating : A living amongst death). It's an interview from Lanzmann to Maurice Rossel, a Internationl Red Cross Commitee 's deleguee who were the only one authorized by German to come to visit Auschwitz and Teresienstadt's Ghetto, and in his report he said something like "Everything is all right; Jews complained for nothing; they are well-treated; German is fair with them and nobody die of starvation or beating". So, when they heard of his visit, Nazi fixed the reality (they built theater, General's store for Jews; they printed them "money" in Theresienstadt, etc.) and Rossel believe all this big joke was the reality! So, fourty years after facts, Lanzmann found Rossel, convince him to be interviewed, and once it's done, he ask him very disturbing question for his documentary.

So, the museum wants to make a english documentary by subtitling this for American people can understanding it, and they ask to me to translate it. It's done, but it's left few little blanks that I can't fill with my knowing of english, and I need someone to correct what had been done to check if everything is all right. I asked a friend, but she doesn't have the time and it's been now 4 months that I'm waiting (and the director or the Museum's waiting) and this situation begins to make me uncomfortable... If someone knows both french and english quite well and is ready to help me quick, I would appreciate it very much! Please, let me know !!

    Thank You very much!
