At the outbreak of the Korean war in 1950, the Russians were not boycotting its Security Conference Meetings and were thus able to veto any UN sanctioned, participation in that war?

How would the conduct of the Korean War have been changed? Remember. There was LOTS of military support from America's WW II allies. England, France, Australia and Canada sent considerably large formations of troops and material into that conflict. Turkey sent a 5,000 man Brigade.

Dozens of other countries sent what military and overall support and aid that they could afford.

The USA would have intervened and still got substantial support.

What would have been missing is the token forces sent from some of the smaller Nations.
