I realize our veterans are getting to be fewer from WW2, but was hoping there would be someone out there with information on Army 101st Regiment, 26th Division, Co I. Someone who may have known my Uncle Raymond J. Edwards. Wondering how I can find out where he was killed in action. It was over in France somewhere....what battle? Thank you for your time. Betty

We have no one here that was a part of the 26th ID.

What information do you have on your Uncle? Maybe we can help you in some small way.

Do you perhaps have the date when he was KIA? That would help a lot.

I did a small bit of searching, and I believe I found he was from Clinton, MA if that helps anyone with their researching.

    Good luck!
