On the basis that if this badge were genuine it would be incredibly rare - that alone would ring alarms. The quality isn't great as Stewy said.
I think stewy might be right on this one - the IAB might have a chance but I don't like the pin on the War Merit Cross.
These aren't that commonly faked, and yours have good ribbons, detail and enameling so I'm pretty sure that they're good.
