I don't have much interest in history, but considering the general attitude on this forum and how good friends I am with Roel (history freak #1(I've noticed history change itself to accomodate his claims)) it sounds like a nice field trip.
    Sing me up :D !

Sounds really cool. It's really annoying not being able to come, perhaps I shall just have to go to Bovvy by myself instead!

Late May onwards would be good for me, preferably over a weekend but I can be flexible. Perhaps we can arrange a group booking discount? If any other Brits are going then maybe we could sort out a car share?

    Ladies and Gentlemen!

Because of a boatload of conflicting duties and appointments we couldn't manage to pick a good date in May. We've decided to move the whole thing forward to summer. I'm hoping to see more hands joining now! :D

How about picking a few decent museums/venues etc. throughout europe and rotate them each year, that way everybody gets a fair crack of the whip(members that are local to the venue get to do the organising).not sure about how to involve our friends further afield though, any suggestions? :D

    Time to revive this idea.

Ok, same museum, same time of year, but 2006.

    Any takers?

Count me in, I've been doing the math (which I am horrible at) and I think if I start saving $ as of now, I should be able to make it next summer.

I have noticed that a flight to England is much cheaper than a flight to mainland Europe, so if there is any possibility of flying to Britain and then hitching a ride with one of you guys (I will include gas$ of course), I will give you my soul.
