Can a regiment be recognised from this uniform please.

Lots, if not all of the Searchlight Regiments were Royal Engineers before the war started. They went through a transition around 1939-40. I have several BEF Searchlight Regiment war diaries that start as RE and end up RA before they evacuated from France in 1940.
