I'm plodding through Weinberg's tome; full of great information but dry, as many have noted. I just finished the section on code-breaking and chemical warfare and he mentions repeatedly how little is known about significant areas of these areas of study because so much is still sealed off in inaccessible archives. That got me thinking. For those who have been studying the war much longer than I, in what areas of the war's research are there still likely significant discoveries to be made if documents would be made available? What are some of the war's bigger mysteries that may yet be solved?Ryan
