I am new to these forums but use the internet a lot for military history research / genealogy. I have just found a link to a site where it is possible to read David Irving's (known as the holocaust denier) books online.

here is the link - http://www.fpp.co.uk/books/

I searched this section to see if anyone else had posted this link before but could not find any such entry.

As he has stirred up controversy with his claims if the link is deemed inappropriate then by all means delete it. I am not a spammer or getting money for redirecting [IMG]

If it is permitted to keep the link then you will need Acrobat Reader or Stuffit (for Mac). Although it says 'download here' next to each book it seems you need to run Acrobat - then click download and read online or print. I tried to actually download to read offline but the file would not open.

    Best Wishes To All Members.

Thanks for the link RSM. I have heard of his anti holocaust claims, but I think his works, like all WWII writings are relevant in the sense that the reader can see what he has to say and make his/her own decision. Personally, any "historian" who denies a series of events like the holocaust, should reclassify his books to fiction. I think all that was needed was that you include a caveat about the author, which you did.

Most poeple, especailly those on this forums know to read history books with some scepticism. I certainly to not want to become a censor, I like to think most people can think for themselves.

And by the way, Welcome to the Forums! [IMG]
