Trump isn't worth getting upset over, neither would be Clinton had she won.

Unfortunately, neither of them are the "God" that their side makes them out to be...Both sides, crow about their respective positives, while remaining ignorant of their rather glaring "negatives."

    What about this surprises you?

Don't you remember all the news of the trash generated by the various "Occupy (insert name here)"? IIRC, LA removed some 30 tons of trash left by those protesters. once can only guess what the various cities had to spend cleaning up the messes left by those slobs.

The trophy wives would only riot when their bank accounts are no longer refilled, and the illegals are put to work for pay under-the-table.

#227 was a joke on the futility of the anti-Trump not-my-president movement.
The discussion is entitled "Donald John Trump", the subject discussed at the time was the "not my president" phenomenon. It generated at least one response. And I didn't say I was the author (the author seems to be unknown).
You managed to make two mistakes in one short sentence. It was a relevant post and it wasn't plagiarized.

#241 is a piece written by Roger Simon (born in 1943, an American novelist and Academy Award-nominated screenwriter, the author of ten novels, seven produced screenplays and two non-fiction books, president of the West Coast branch of PEN, a member of the Board of Directors of the Writers Guild of America). That he was the author was indicated clearly at the beginning of my post.
He discusses the "extraordinarily fractured nature of [American] society", where "everyone is living inside their own echo chamber with fears building upon themselves".
It's a profound insight made by a reputable and experienced writer. As an example he used the anti-Trump demonstrations.
The discussion is entitled "Donald John Trump", the subject discussed at that time was the anti-Trump demonstrations. It generated at least three responses.
You managed to make three mistakes in one, even shorter sentence (considering "likewise").

As to the video, it's true it's informational content is nil, as of most attack ads. The message was the video - the fact that the NRA, an organization representing at least 5 million Americans, has joined the Trump's fight against mainstream media. And yes I've consulted the NYT archive first, and it's my opinion that the NYT has been very biased against the Second Amendment people. This is why it was a retaliation - in my opinion.
Again, the discussion is entitled "Donald John Trump" - it's relevant that the Trump's media-are-biassed claim gains new powerful supporters every day.

So to sum up, your knowledge of politics seems to be poor, you don't get jokes, you don't get irony ("we need emotions"), you don't get cultural references ("emotional liberals"), you engage in strange witch hunts driven by intolerance I suppose, you are a grammar Nazi, and you are using ad-hominem arguments - against a person you know nothing about.

It least it's a fact you know a lot about the WW2, so just keep clear from political discussions and everything will be ok...

I do think Donald should be congratulated. Who else could maintain a thread for this length of time with such intense debate. Just imagine all those hours of boredom if he had not won.

    The raid was successful:
Several US officials told CNN Thursday that the US is now taking action to locate and monitor hundreds of people or "contacts" found as part the intelligence retrieved during the deadly raid last month in Yemen targeting al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. [...]
Defense officials have told CNN that information pertaining to the location of safe havens, explosives manufacturing, training and targets was acquired in the January ground operation. [...]
Gen. Joseph Votel, who oversees US troops in the region, called the mission "successful" from the military's point of view.
"The object was to go in and collect intelligence. We accomplished that, so from that perspective it was successful. I certainly understand how the family would look at this in a different light," Votel told CBS News.
President Donald Trump defended the January raid in his Tuesday address to Congress. As Trump spoke, Owens' widow, Carryn, looked up at the ceiling, seemingly to her late husband, as she sat crying.
"Ryan was a part of a highly successful raid that generated large amounts of vital intelligence that will lead to many more victories in the future against our enemies,' " Trump said.

    It wasn't because of Trump:
Headstones toppled at Brooklyn Jewish cemetery were from neglect not vandalism, NYPD says
Headstones toppled at a cemetery that serves the Jewish community in Brooklyn, New York, were determined to be due to neglect, not vandalism.

Anti-Trump Communist Arrested For Jewish Community Center Bomb Threats
A disgraced former reporter was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Friday for several bomb threats to Jewish Community Centers, Jewish schools and other Jewish organizations around the country.
Juan Thompson, 31, was arrested in St. Louis by the FBI for making at least eight bomb threats and the cyberstalking of an ex-girlfriend. Thompson was a former reporter for The Intercept, and was fired after it was discovered that he made up sources and stories, including one about Charleston shooter Dylann Roof.
The criminal complaint states that threats made to the Jewish establishments across the country by Thompson were under his name and the name of his ex-girlfriend, and occurred after the relationship ended. The threats were made by both email and phone calls.

And another Trump's "crime", reported by the CNN (called Counterfeit News Network by some):

Was anyone here discussing the "not my president" movement? If so then a cartoon was irrelevant to the ongoing discussion.
Did you do the "art work" yourself? If so my apologies. If not since you didn't credit the source it was plagiarized.
You didn't give credit so it was indeed plagiarized. It didn't seem particularly focused on the topic at hand either. Calling the "insight" profound is a bit much as well.
Still demonstrating a distinct lack of logic in the way you draw your conclusions even if your assumptions were correct I see.

I don't know about that. Not to many talking about his failure to divest right now.

Except that's not the alternative. I don't recall anyone in the Obama administration actually arguing that capitalism doesn't work either. Looks like another straw man and failed attempt at humor all in one.

So when it was halted by the courts as being unconstitutional the POTUS and his minions recycle that sheet of toilet paper for...drum roll please...a new and improved EO with a redacted name because it fits Trump's business interests. Loving this adventure so far.

So how much longer now, three years and how many months, best make the most of it the next one may be a dud.
